UPLOADING OF UNAUTHORISED IMAGES

By accepting the following Terms and Conditions, the User represents, under his/her own responsibility, that he/she possesses all rights and/or licenses on the image submitted for creation of the customised product. Clementoni accepts no liability for any untruthful or incorrect representations of the User.

The User agrees to exempt, indemnify and hold harmless Clementoni, and any other party linked to it, against any and all claims, legal actions, demands, liability, losses, damages costs or expenses of any form and nature, including professional consultancy fees and any other direct or indirect legal costs, that are incurred following reproduction of unauthorised images and/or images that have been obtained illegally on the customised product. Clementoni reserves the right to suspend the order and to ask the User to provide documentary proof of the rights and the licenses on the images sent, and also to refuse and/or to cancel orders for customised products that reproduce offensive, illegal or unauthorised content.

Missing piece or damaged box?
No problem. Just visit the website https://www.clementoni.com/en/myframemeup/contacts/ or send an e-mail to assistenza@clementoni.itindicating your order number.

Remember to attach a photograph of the incomplete puzzle or the damaged packaging. We will collect the puzzle in your possession and send you a complete replacement product in the meantime.

For claims relating to the above problems, please note that the right of withdrawal from distance contracts is excluded on the supply of customised or clearly personalised goods, as per Art. 59, para. 1 c) of the Consumer Code.
